Chilli hot chocolate. I think this is a waitrose recipe originally. It's a litre and a bit of milk, 2 red chillies,
200g of Plain Chocolate (smooshed up), 200ml single. cream. Heat the milk in a saucepan. You slice the chilli so that you can deseed it, but leave the stalk on so you can pull it out again. Bring to a gentle simmer and then leave to cool (and infuse) for 10 mins. Start to reheat, disolve in the broken chocolate and cream, stirring with a spoon. Take out the chilli and there you have it! Serve in 8 or so mugs to your guests, or take in a thermos to fireworks night!
