find a stroller that is made for running or jogging and walking. if you can find time to stretch and do simple exercises like pushups and situps when the baby is napping, indulge yourself there. hope this helps

Take time to enjoy your baby, they grow up fast. You will be running arund so much with your baby you probely exercising enough.
