Drink water! I keep a pint glass on my desk, which I try to drink at least 3 of a day. If you are really hungry you're better off having a small but healthy snack like carrot sticks, seeds etc.

When you feel the need to snack have a chewing gum as this will put you off any food for a bit because it will taste bad
