I keep mine in a big bag hanging on a hook - beware though - make sure it's not a bag youll need in a hurry, you will probably end up with a giant pile of handbags on your bed!!!

Sort out any that you no longer use and either donate/sell them or throw them away if no longer useable. Next find a permanent home for ones you don't use often in a drawer, cupboard, under the bed etc. Arrange the remainder by size, colour or whatever in your wardrobe for easy selection. You could also hang smaller, attractive bags on hooks on the wall to make a feature of them.
