What makes you think they are too tight? Is it because they are itching and pulling?
That is how they should feel because of healing processes. Itchy means getting better.
I recently got stitches on my legs and they are too tight, the nurse is unable to remove them any ideas?

This could be bad. Insist on seeing a doctor immediately - throw your weight around, ask for morphine - make a Big Fuss. It is the only way to get their attention, I fear.

If your that worried go see your GP he/she should be able to tell you if they need to come out
