Wash hair, towel dry and then spritz on a generous dose of curling spray. Blast with a hair dryer until hair feels slightly damp and then twist into a bun. Use a big scrunchy to hold in place. Allow hair to dry properly and when you remove the bun you will be left with lovely soft curls.
